"Susan is one of the smartest, bravest and most compassionate women I have ever met. Her tireless efforts have helped so many women move on and find a better direction for themselves and their children. She is a super role model of a woman who turned a devastating tragedy into something positive by helping women see that they no longer have to be victims of abuse."

Educate and Motivate the Audience

inset_6673611_oSusan Omilian has a goal to educate her audience on a variety of topics from her own unique perspective. For the past thiry-five years, she has advocated to end violence against women as an attorney and published author, working not only with victims of crime but also with male prepetrators.

As a survivor of a domestic violence homicide, Susan's mission is to motivate others to see that anyone can be a victim of abuse and learn how to protect themselves and their loved ones. As a recognized national expert on the process of recovery after abuse and trauma, she wants people to understand that they can live productive, happy lives after being subjected to domestic violence, sexual assault and other violent crimes.

With this extensive background, experience and a sense of purpose, Susan can speak on several topics, or you can suggest a topic for a particular audience.
